Tonight we tried out a new recipe using some of our last night's leftover bbq chicken. Here's how it all went down:
Spread out some pizza crust on a backing sheet.
Smear a good helping of bbq sauce around the crust. We swear by Sweet Baby Ray's.
Add few hand fulls of shredded bbq chicken. We used left overs from last night's grilling.
Top with shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and gouda cheeses.
At this point you can add on some red onion but we skipped that part.
Then bake according to your pizza dough instructions.
Once the cheeses is all melty and bubbly, throw on some chopped cilantro leaves to finish it off.
Easy peasy!
(Notice the crazy effects on these photos? I was too lazy to figure out my camera settings so I just snapped away and figured I'd camouflage them in iPhoto. It sort of worked...)
